Nominations will be accepted in the various award categories  – from Monday 22 May to the close of business Friday 30 June.
​Please note that nominees may decide not to participate in the awards and therefore opt out of the judging process.
ALL awards categories will be decided 100% by independent judges.

Nominations open on Monday 22 May via this website by clicking the nominations page tab above and follow the instructions.
Nomination forms will also be placed at locations around Te Puke.

If you require a manual nomination form contact Te Puke EDG on 07 573 6772 or collect a form from the Te Puke EDG office upstairs at 130 Jellicoe Street, Te Puke.

Terms & Conditions:- Nominations will only be accepted via this website or on an official manual entry form. Only one nomination per person per category will be accepted.
​Nomination votes must contain either the name and a valid email address or a current phone number.
Any nomination irregularities will be scrutinised by the organisers and may invalidate the nominations. The organisers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Independent Judging process will take place 20 July to 31 August.
